Service one

A website that works, and somebody who keeps it working.

Most small-business websites don't fail because they were designed badly. They fail because six months after launch nobody is watching them. We build the site and we stay on it.

What your customers actually need from your site.

Someone finds you on their phone at 7pm because water is coming through the ceiling. They need three things in about eight seconds: proof you do this work, proof you're nearby, and a button that calls you.

Everything else on a small-business website is a distraction from those three things. We build for the eight seconds first, then add depth for the customers who want it.

Every build includes

  • Custom design — not a template with your logo dropped in
  • Copy written from an interview with you, not filled in from a generic industry template
  • Mobile-first layout, tested on real phones
  • Loads in under two seconds on a truck's LTE connection
  • Quote request and contact forms that reach you by text and email
  • Google Business Profile claimed, filled out, and connected
  • Local search fundamentals: service-area pages, schema markup, review prompts
  • Analytics installed so you can see what's actually bringing calls
  • Accessible and readable — real contrast, real font sizes, keyboard navigable

Three sizes. Most businesses need the middle one.

Presence

$3,500

You need to look legitimate and be reachable. Three to four pages.

  • Home, services, about, contact
  • Contact and quote form
  • Google Business Profile setup
  • Analytics

Working site

$6,500

You want the site to bring in work, not just confirm you exist. Six to eight pages.

  • Everything in Presence
  • Individual pages per service
  • Service-area pages for local search
  • Project gallery and reviews
  • Photo shoot coordination
  • Lead routing to your phone

Site plus intake

from $9,000

The site is the front door to an automated intake process behind it.

  • Everything in Working site
  • Online booking or estimate scheduling
  • Automated lead follow-up sequence
  • CRM or spreadsheet sync
  • Online payment or deposits

The care plan is the part most people skip, and regret.

A website is not a sign you hang once. It's software connected to the internet, and software rots. Certificates expire. Plugins break. Forms silently stop delivering. Google changes what it wants.

We don't sell websites without a care plan, because an unmaintained site becomes an embarrassment with our name on it.

Watch

$150 / month
  • Hosting, SSL, and domain management
  • Daily backups, tested restores
  • Uptime and form-delivery monitoring
  • Security patches
  • 30 minutes of edits per month

Watch and improve

$400 / month
  • Everything in Watch
  • Two hours of edits per month
  • New service or project pages as you add them
  • Google Business Profile posts and review monitoring
  • Monthly report: traffic, calls, forms, what changed
  • Priority response, same business day

Month to month after the first year. No long contract — if it stops being worth it, you stop paying.

Common questions.

Do I own the site if I leave?

Yes, completely. Your domain is registered in your name, your content is yours, and we hand over the code and every account credential. There's no proprietary platform holding your business hostage. That's a deliberate choice — it means we have to keep earning the care plan.

Is this WordPress?

Usually not. We build static sites that are dramatically faster, can't be hacked the way WordPress is, and don't need constant plugin updates. If you specifically need WordPress because your team already knows it, we'll tell you honestly whether that changes the price.

Can I edit it myself?

Yes, if you want to. We can set up an editor for text, photos, and new pages, and train whoever will use it. Plenty of clients would rather just text us the change — that's what the edit time in the care plan is for.

What if I already have a site?

Sometimes the right answer is a rebuild and sometimes it's a rescue. We'll look at what you have and tell you which. Taking over maintenance of a site we didn't build is possible, but we'll want to fix the obvious problems first.

Will this put me at the top of Google?

No one can promise that, and anyone who does is selling something. What we can do is the fundamentals that actually move local rankings: a claimed and complete Google Business Profile, service-area pages, fast load times, real reviews, and correct business information everywhere. For most local businesses that's the majority of the available gain.

How much of my time will this take?

About four hours total. A one-hour kickoff interview, a round of feedback on the design, a round on the copy, and a walkthrough before launch. We write the copy so you're not staring at a blank document.

Start with a look at what you have.

Send us your current site, or tell us you don't have one. We'll come back with what we'd change, what it would cost, and how long it would take — before you've paid anything.
