What we collect, and what we do with it.

Short version: we collect what you type into the intake form so we can reply to you, and almost nothing else. We don't sell it and we don't advertise with it.

What you send us.

When you submit the intake form we receive whatever you filled in: your name, email, and description of the problem, plus any of the optional fields — business name, phone, industry, headcount, current tools, timeline, budget, and website.

If you came from the automation estimator, we also receive the workflows you ticked and the range it showed you, so you don't have to retype it.

We use that to reply to you and to scope work. That's the whole purpose.

Where it goes.

  • Our records. The submission is stored in our own database so we can keep track of who asked for what.
  • Email. A copy is emailed to us, and a confirmation is emailed to you.
  • Text message. If you tell us something is actively broken, we get an SMS so it doesn't sit until morning.
  • Spam checks. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots, and we record the submitting IP address briefly to rate-limit abuse.

Those are processors acting on our behalf. Nobody buys this data from us, because we don't sell it.

Cookies and tracking.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no tracking pixel and no third-party ad network.

Cloudflare Turnstile, which only loads on the intake page, may set storage of its own to verify you aren't a bot. The automation estimator runs entirely in your browser — the numbers you type there are never sent anywhere unless you choose to hand them off to the intake form.

How long we keep it, and how to get it deleted.

We keep intake submissions while there's a live conversation and for a reasonable period after, so we remember context if you come back. Rate-limiting records expire within the hour.

Email gerberconsultinggroup@gmail.com and ask us to delete what we have on you. We'll do it and confirm. You can also ask for a copy of it, or ask us to correct something.

Gerber Consulting Group LLC is the business responsible for this data. Questions go to the same address.
