Gridiron IQ is live on the App Store — a coaching app with depth charts, player evaluations and game planning, designed, built, submitted and supported by us. ProjectPulse AI runs a production Procore integration, pulling live cost and schedule data out of construction jobs.

That matters for one reason: we've already made the expensive mistakes on our own budget. App Store rejections, offline sync, push notifications that don't arrive, third-party APIs that change without warning. You're not funding our education.

Weeks 1–2

Discovery

We watch the work happen, interview the people doing it, and write down what the software has to do.

Weeks 3–4

Prototype and scope

A clickable version and a fixed price. This is the decision point, and it's a real one.

Weeks 5–8

First working version

Real software on a real phone, doing the core job. Your team starts poking holes in it.

Weeks 9–16

Build out and harden

Everything else in scope, plus the offline, permission, and edge-case work that separates a demo from a tool.

Weeks 17–20

Store submission and rollout

Submission, review, and the fixes reviewers ask for. Then training, and a pilot crew before everyone.

Common questions.

Who owns the code?

You do, outright, on final payment. It lives in a repository in your organization. Any shared internal libraries we use are licensed to you perpetually. You can hire anyone else to work on it afterward.

What if we should just buy something instead?

Then we'll tell you that, and discovery will have cost you $2,500 to avoid a $40,000 mistake. It happens regularly and we consider it a good outcome.

Will it work without signal?

If your crews work in metal buildings, on the water, or out past cell coverage, we design for offline from the start — local storage with sync when the connection comes back. Say so early, because retrofitting offline support is expensive.

Do you use AI to write the code?

Yes, and carefully. The reason codascon exists is that AI-generated code is fast but drifts architecturally. Our builds enforce structure at compile time so the generated code is correct by construction, then a human reviews it. You get the speed without the mess.

How do you handle the App Store?

We publish under your developer account, which you own. We handle enrollment, listing copy, screenshots, privacy declarations, submission, and the rejections — which are normal and expected the first time.

The best app projects start with a specific, annoying, repeated problem — not a vision. Tell us what your team does twice because the software won't do it once.
